I’ve been Brooklyn-based for the last 10 years. My studio is in DUMBO and I reside with my family and dog in the Slope. I am primarily a narrative painter, but I also enjoy interactive projects where I get to talk with people. I created 100 souvenir plaques illustrating various contributors’ responses to: How has the Recession affected you? . Also, I have done pop-up projects where I create a handmade button for random participants memorializing their answers to, How are you? Once I made 200 different buttons for people I met in Times Square.
